Mô tả Công việc
Working time: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
- Handle onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of customer’s circuit.
- Handle L1/L2/L3 IP test plans, tunnel, QOS and acceptance criteria for network designs of KDDI.
- Technical support to Operations and Cloud service.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting job:
Working time: work in shift (08:00 am – 20:00 pm, 20:00 pm – 08:00 am) (Average 40 hours/week)
- Trouble shooting the global services network, such as internet VPN, IPVPN etc.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the cloud service and international voice service.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the customers’ network.
- Service quality improvement.
- Any other customer support.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate in IT, Network, Telecommunication background.
- Good communication skill.
- Good in English
- Teamwork skill
- Positive thinking, proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn and hard working
- Can contribute to company and team.
